Design process

After an initial consultation, the design process begins with a work brief which is constructed with the client. Functional needs, budgets and requirements are discussed at this point.

Mood boards will be produced for the project. These will then be discussed with the client to ensure that they are happy with the visual direction of the project before any plans are produced.

Preliminary plans are then the next step. Once these have been approved by the client, detailed AutoCAD drawings of the scheme will be produced, along with product boards. 3D computer visuals can also be included at this stage and a detailed costing will be provided.

A full set of specifications can be provided for carpentry, electrical and plumbing work etc. Joanne can also undertake the project management of the work if required by the client.
